The Lord showed me KEYS being sent to His people. These were not keys to unlock doors into ministries or new fresh opportunities, these keys were to UNLOCK SHACKLES and LOCKS that have held His people captive by hurts and pain.
The Lord showed me how the enemy has used loved one against loved one, family against family and friend against friend. Then He opened up a vision before me and I found myself on a street and I was not alone. People lined the street as far as I could see HANDCUFFED to objects and others. I saw CHAINS around their minds, as THOUGHTS have been OPPRESSED by LIES and DECEIT that the enemy has fed them day and night. I saw SHACKLES around feet where people were unable to move forward because the enemy has trapped them causing them to be stuck in a heavy mud of oppression and heartache.
THE CRY People stood broken hearted, weeping and grieving and when someone would come near them, they would lift their heads, wipe away their tears and put on a smile for a brief moment. However when they were alone again the enemy would consume them again and they would fall back into a state of weeping and grief.
"I have seen and heard the groaning of your heartache, pain and tears as you have cried out to Me - Lord, my inner being is shriveled up, My self-confidence crushed. Sick with fever, I’m left exhausted. Now I’m cold as a corpse And nothing is left inside of me But great groaning filled with anguish. Lord, You know all my desires and deepest longings. My tears are liquid words And You can read them all." Psalm 38:7-9 TPT
THE KEYS Then I heard Him declare "I AM SENDING KEYS TO SET YOU FREE"! And I saw Angels walking up to these people, up to me with keys and unlocking the shackles, unlocking the handcuffs, unlocking the chains. The keys were intricate and ornate in shape and design. Tailored to each individual and the things they have been going through that had led them to become prisoners of their problems, struggles and heartache. I could feel in my spirit that these keys were named and I asked the Lord to show me the wording on the keys. Instantly I could see the keys in greater detail.
The first key of the mind carried the word "PEACE"
“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 NIV
Then the second key was shaped like a "HEART" and it was pressed firmly but tenderly upon our broken hearts.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3 NIV
The third key unlocked the handcuffs and carried the word "RELEASE" “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” Galatians 5:1 NIV
The final key carried the word "HONEY" and as these shackles were unlocked I saw honey being poured out upon their feet as the heavy mud washed away.
“Then the LORD told him, “I have certainly seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their cries of distress because of their harsh slave drivers. Yes, I am aware of their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and lead them out of Egypt into their own fertile and spacious land. It is a land flowing with milk and honey." Exodus 3:7-8 NLT
As we were set free I could see some tempted to look back and go back to the traps of the enemy. Then He said “Don’t let your hearts be troubled, trust in Me alone. Do not go back to that place of bondage for they are now removed from you and you are free to walk in the sweetness of all I have planned. Let Me delight your heart again, restore you and fill you till you overflow with joy and peace. Come to Me now and I will give you rest. "
